II.多樣化的點評形式
【體態(tài)語點評】
體態(tài)語點評指教師用表情或動作進行點評(和點評語結合使用效果會更好)。如微笑、點頭、注視、握手、擊掌、豎大拇指等。
【榮譽點評】
榮譽點評指以讓學生獲得榮譽感為目的的點評。如發(fā)獎狀、表揚信、提供表演的機會、提供當“小老師”的機會等。
【實物點評】
實物點評指教師用實物獎勵的方式進行點評。如獎勵文具用品、書籍、“一起作業(yè)”的學豆等。
【書面點評】
書面點評指教師用批改書面作業(yè)的方式來點評。要特別注意避免傳統(tǒng)的逢對必勾、有錯必叉、打分數(shù)、劃等級等。應該因年級不同、同一班級內學生水平不同而選擇適當?shù)姆绞。如,級可以選擇圖文并茂的方式,“小學英語課堂教學多樣化點評語言與點評形式+Nice!” ;對于個性需要溝通的學生,也可以通過書面點評進行交流和教育,如下圖:

【情感點評】
情感點評指教師通過引導學生感受愛、感受溫暖的方式來點評。如:
T: Many peo think winter is cold. And what do you think?
S: I think winter is warm.
T: Why do you think it is warm?
S: In winter, I can sit with my parents, and we can watch TV in the living room. T: You like to get together with your family. So, you feel water is warm, right?
S: Yes!
T: Yeah, I think it will be very warm when you are with your family. So water is warm .I like your viewpoint!
【對比點評】
對比點評指教師通過引導學生對比自己和他人,并給自己和他人做出點評。如教師可以引導:Do you think you listen to the tape more carefully or not than your desk mate?
【自主點評】
自主點評指教師通過恰當?shù)囊龑,使學生自己對自己進行點評。如教師可以引導:How do you think about your pronunciation?
【互相點評】
互相點評指教師通過恰當?shù)囊龑,使學生對同學進行點評。如教師可以引導:How do you think about his writing?
【信息技術點評】

信息技術點評指通過信息技術系統(tǒng)對學生進行的點評。如課堂教學中使用“一起作業(yè)”游戲,系統(tǒng)會針對學生的完成情況及時給出點評。
【綜合點評】
綜合點評指將多種點評方式綜合使用, 終給出更全面的點評。如將課堂點評和課后點評結合,將聽、說、讀、寫四方面的點評綜合在一起給出 終點評等。
結束語:
本次研究接近尾聲,思考卻未能停歇,調查問卷中一個學生的話時時在我腦海閃現(xiàn)“我希望老師一直溫和地點評我,哪怕我成績不好”!以上羅列的點評方式,或許有可借鑒之處,但在執(zhí)行點評時教師需謹記:形式多樣、內容有料、情感傾注、張弛有度!
